Prompts for this week:

  1. is there judgement you have about a specific part of your body? I want you to focus your attention on it and create a gorgeous piece of artwork of it. Take what’s triggering you and turn it into a treasure. Just ONE image for this prompt.

  2. Go back through the last 6 weeks and pick ONE image per week to create a series of up to 6 images that you feel really connected with. See the images as more of a continuous poem or story of YOU.

    Clarifying:

    So you’re going to send me UP TO 6 images. If you missed a week, or didn’t make art some of the weeks, don’t send me other art you’ve made prior to class. I only want to see art you’ve made during this course. If you have 3 final images - that’s what you have. ZERO judgement. LIFE HAPPENS. Just be your authentic self in integrity with what’s true.

    In Week 6 we will go over your images as a series and discuss next steps if you’re at the completion stage of the 6 week course. For those in the 12 week course you will be given a prompt to move forward into the next phase of this course.
