Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds for any service, retreat, artwork, photo session or course. 

• All sales are final. 

• Please take some time to review the information about the course, coaching, retreat, artwork and make sure you are wanting to invest in yourself in this way before you make your purchase.

• If you are on a payment plan, you are required to pay all payments in-full regardless of whether or not you decide to complete the course or retreat or not.

• All courses are recorded so if you cannot make it to the Live Session you will receive the replay and have life long access to the recording.

• If the course gets cancelled by Catherine Just and rescheduled for another date that you cannot attend you will be receiving the recorded replay of that course.

• If you change your mind and no longer wish to attend the course, retreat, or coaching program or you no longer want the artwork you paid for you can potentially transfer those funds to another piece of artwork, course, coaching program or retreat if it’s of equal or lesser value or the difference is paid for if the exchange is for a higher priced item.

*Catherine Just reserves the right to remove people from any retreat, course or mentoring session at any time for presenting any of the following behaviors: Bullying, Disrespect to anyone, Ageism, Racism, Ableism, Any verbal or non-verbal abuse of any kind, passive-aggressive behaviors, consistently being late, disrupting the schedule, disrupting other people’s process, trying to become the teacher, leader, authority of the group, being disrespectful in any way toward any service provider that works for Catherine Just or anyone we come in contact with during the course, retreat or coaching program is absolutely not accepted. No partial or fill refunds will be given if you are asked to leave for any reason.
