Each Wednesday, 7:00am-8:30pm pacific, we dive into the 4 Agreements ( the book by Miguel Ruiz ) and Photography as Medicine.
Each week we will cover ONE of the 4 agreements so you can integrate it for that week and process it with us in our private community.
You’ll receive new content about Photography as Medicine each week and have a new photo prompt to explore for that week.
We go in depth on how these two practices can transform your life and bring you into much more focus with the magic that’s happening every day. You’ll be gathering evidence of the miracles present right in front of you and inside of you.
We have a Private Facebook Group for consistent connection and community. You can post your photography, share your process, talk about what’s happening with us in a safe environment where there’s no judgement, just like minded souls coming together to transform from the inside out.
I’ll be giving you feedback on your photography, your personal practice with releasing the old negative beliefs that no longer serve you and incorporating new habits that lead to loving yourself and staying sober NO MATTER FUCKING WHAT.

A little about me:
I got sober from a meth addiction when I was 18 years old. August 18th, 1987. I then went to art school and studied conceptual photography, film and video. I found a way to turn my emotions and the stuff I was uncomfortable talking about into something visual. I like to call it visual poetry. It helped me to process and gave me an outlet that led to healing and transforming my old patterns into new ones. I studied with Miguel Ruiz, author of the 4 agreements and apprenticed with him for 5 years. I’ve been practicing the Toltec work that I learned from him for 25+ years. I have 34 years of continuous sobriety, I’m a full time artist, photographer and entrepreneur. I’m a divorced single mama to my 12 year old son, Max Harrison, who happens to have Down syndrome. My work has been published on the cover of National Geographic Magazine, Inside O magazine and has been shown and sold internationally.
