This disrupts patterns and regulates your nervous system. It reaches the Subconscious which is basically running the show and releases old trauma and pain. Remember to drink water before and after you do a tapping session. It’s VERY powerful in front of the mirror.

Make three statements about how you’re feeling now. ( really feeling )

Even though I’m _____________I’m learning to honor and respect myself NMFW.
And even though ________________I’m learning to respect and love myself NMFW.

State a feeling you’re feeling “ I’m feeling _______”

Keep talking it through however feels right for you as you tap.
I don’t like feeling this way.

but this is what I’m feeling and it’s ok.

I’m safe inside my body right now.

The first round you state the honest feeling you have.
Second round you suggest that there might be another way to feel.
Third round you introduce the way you want to feel now. Can be I AM STATEMENTS.
