Internalized ageism is a thing. I’ve been experiencing it for MANY YEARS and didn’t really realize it until I realized it. I’m offering a FREE 3-DAY Masterclass so we can come together and transform these stories we tell ourselves about what beauty is and isn’t and how it effects our everyday lives.
I’ll be sharing my stories and showing my own self portrait work - and offering you opportunity to become more aware of how ageism effects you from your own internal dialogue. This isn’t about anger towards society. This is about becoming aware of what we are doing to ourselves so that we can become awakened and empowered to shift our own stories and no longer give our own power away to what we’ve ingested. No matter where it came from - we now get to take ownership - and be powerFULL and in LOVE with ourselves and in LOVE in our lives and CELEBRATE our beauty no matter our age. We get to release any agreements we’ve made about our worth and value in the world and create new agreements rooted in the truth where our value and worth comes from.

I'm Catherine —
I’m an artist, photographer, and intuitive seer based in Los Angeles. After overcoming a meth addiction at 18, I found that the process of conceptual photography along with being personally apprenticed in Toltec Practices with Miguel Ruiz, Toltec Nagual and author of the Four Agreements, to be the sacred medicine that I needed. It has guided my healing journey along with my own intuitive abilities. With 36 years of continuous sobriety, these practices have transformed me from the inside out. As a lifelong learner I’m continually bringing in new ways that aide in conscious awakening. It’s now a way of life.
My mission goes beyond the personal; it’s about summoning and igniting a collective awakening. I believe we are all recovering from something. We don’t have to be defined by the past or what we’ve made it mean about us. We are all so much more than what we think we are.
My artwork, online courses, embodiment photography sessions, and retreats are all created as doorways for you to experience your own personal heart opening expansion and awakening. It’s an honor to support you in getting out of your own way so you can step more fully into your purpose and make the mark you’re here to make.
